designing your ceremony

As we get to know each other, together we will draw from my suggested inspiration and ideas, and start drafting your ceremony, including your vows, speeches, music, introductions, and venues.

REHEARSAL

Traditionally a wedding rehearsal is held one or two days before the ceremony. This is essentially a practice of your wedding ceremony for you and your wedding party and its necessity depends on the wedding party, setting, and how you feel about having one!

CATCHING UP

All meetings, correspondence, emails and telephone catch ups are included in my service fee.

LOCATION

A choice and variety of beautiful wedding ceremonies – with options to include your own material, family members and ceremonial rituals e.g. hand fasting, candle lighting ceremony.

insurances

I provide full Public Liability cover. I also provide comprehensive Professional Indemnity/Public Liability insurance.

on the day

Travel, set up, pack down, liaison and coordination with suppliers, communication with guests as required, provision of PA system, table and cloth, chairs and covers for the signing of your marriage documents.

DELIVERY

Professional, confident delivery of your ceremony with elegant presentation to suit the style of your ceremony.

creation & lodgement of marriage certificate

I attend to all legal documentation, including lodgement of the NOIM and Registration of your Marriage. As a courtesy, I will also lodge the Application Form for your change of name certificate to Births, Deaths & Marriages.
